New year in Japan

Happy New Year

Or in my case あけましておめでとうございます!

So i just got back home with my host family from our New Years trip.

It's been quite a few months since the last post, but i'm trying to get back to posting some more even though i'll be quite busy during my last month here.

December 29

We drove for around 4 hours to get to Sapporo from Kitami and when we got here we went to visit the Pokemon center and Loft in a shopping mall which i don't remember.

But it was awesome, bought some gifts and got a free sticker.

Then we went and stayed at my host mothers sisters house.

December 30th

Today we parked the car in one of those Ferris wheel like parking buildings, pretty nice~

Wires!!!!

H&M

The first H&M in Hokkaido opened here in Sapporo in November, so we went there to look around a bit.
Zara just across the street yo~

After a good amount of shopping we went and stayed at my host fathers parents house

December the 31st

We took off in the morning and headed to Bifuka where we'd visit my host mothers parents and spent New Years

2014 January 1st

We went to a shrine to pray and bought our fortunes for the year.
Lot's of snow

  1. Sounds Amazing~! ^_^ I didn't know that there were Zara and H&M, but you should rather buy Japanese brands or brands you can't get your hands on in Denmark~ There is seriously a lot of snow over there, and me who has been wishing for snow since the start of December~ (*jealous*) But Happy New Year お姉ちゃん I hope that you had a wonderful New Years Eve and I do really look forward to seeing you again in 2014~ ^_^
